Slaughterhaus OnLine Class Policy
The purpose of this policy is to make sure that there is a clear and fair policy for participants of Slaughterhaus Print Studio Courses.
Refunds:
A full refund of cancelled classes is available prior to two weeks before the class starts.
50% refunds are available if courses are cancelled within two weeks of the course starting.
There is no refund once the course has begun.
Slaughterhaus is under no obligation to provide an additional class if a participant misses one. We are unable to transfer courses to a later term.
Slaughterhaus may cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances ins which cases participants will receive a full refund.
Recording:
All classes will be recorded for the purpose of sharing with participants who miss the session. If you do not wish to appear on the recording, please contact us in advance of the session and make sure your video is switched off.
Sharing images via WhatsApp:
For the time being we are using Whatsapp to share images of work during the classes. This makes sharing work for feedback and with your fellow participants much easier and clearer.
Photography policy:
Slaughterhaus may use photographs taken and provided during classes for promotion via Instagram and the Slaughterhaus website. If you would not like to appear in any of these photographs, or have any of your work shared please speak to the tutor at the beginning of the course.
