Tutors: Laura Bianchi and Matt Young

Cost: £60. All materials included.

Join artists Laura Bianchi and Matt Young currently exhibiting in the studio exhibition, Rock, Paper, Scissors for a very fast one day introduction to stone lithography. Learn about how to grain a stone, how to make a drawing using greasy drawing materials and how to process the stone ready for printing. Participants will draw on half a stone each, working in pairs on the shared stones so that you can support each other and work together on this complex but very rewarding printmaking process. So, if you have ever wondered how a lithograph is made, and want an insight into this fantastic process, possibly with a view to continuing to make lithographs, why not join us for this whistle stop tour.
